Tshegofatso Tladi

Tshegofatso Tladi, Pr Eng, currently serves as the Assistant Manager of Engineering at Exxaro Resources since March 2020. Prior experience includes roles at Sibanye-Stillwater from December 2014 to February 2020, where Tshegofatso held several positions, including Senior Project Engineer and Unit Manager Engineering for both the Cooke and Beatrix 2 Plants. Tshegofatso's early career involved various engineering roles, including Graduate Engineer and Acting Production Engineer within the Platinum Division. Tshegofatso holds a Master's degree in Project Management and a Management Development Programme (MDP) from the University of Pretoria, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering obtained between 2010 and 2014 from the same institution.
