Bailey Bowell has been working in the construction industry since 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a General Laborer at B & B Aircraft Equipment Inc. In 2013, they joined Exxel Pacific, Inc. as a Project Administrator. During their time there, they were responsible for logging and creating purchase orders, tracking concrete truck deliveries, managing tours and site visitors, writing and issuing the monthly construction bulletin to the local community, conducting all hands safety meetings, writing safety accident reports, and tracking and logging project moisture readings. Bailey was then promoted to Project Safety Coordinator and later to Senior Project Safety Coordinator.
Bailey Bowell attended Insight School of Washington from 2007 to 2010, and Puget Sound Skill Center from 2009 to 2010, where they studied Building Construction Technology.
