Chad Weaver

Chad Weaver is a seasoned Project Superintendent with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently, Chad serves at Exxel Pacific, Inc. since November 2021, prior to which Chad held the same title at Alliance Residential Company from April 2021 to November 2021, and at Fairfield Residential from November 2018 to March 2021. Chad's career includes significant roles at Venture General Contracting and SRM Development, LLC, where responsibilities included both Project Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent positions. Chad started the career at Ebenal General, holding multiple Superintendent roles from 2006 to 2009, demonstrating a solid foundation in project leadership and management.
