Jacob Todderud

Project Engineer I at Exxel Pacific

Jacob Todderud has worked in the construction industry since 2014. Jacob began their career as a Lead Lifeguard at YMCA of the USA in 2014. In 2018, they joined Exxel Pacific, Inc. as a Project Engineer Intern. In 2019, they were promoted to Project Engineer II and worked on the Offices at Southport project, a shell and core office building in Renton, WA featuring three 9 story towers with 6 levels of parking below the towers. In 2020, they were assigned to the 4th and Bell Project, a 29-story tower with 4 below grade levels, 212 units, retail and office space. Jacob is currently working on the pre-construction phase of the project, which is scheduled to be completed in March 2021.

Jacob Todderud attended Liberty Senior High School from 2012 to 2015. Jacob then attended Washington State University from 2016 to 2020, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management. In 2017, they obtained a Member (Pi Mu Chapter @ WSU) certification from Phi Gamma Delta. In November 2014, they obtained an Eagle Scout certification from the Boy Scouts of America. Jacob is currently working towards a Building Information Modeling (BIM) Certificate from the University of Washington, which they are expected to obtain in June 2022.
