Michel Monnier

Michel Monnier possesses extensive experience in operations and manufacturing across various industries. Currently serving as the US Operations Manager for Exxelia Magnetics since August 2019, Michel oversees high reliability passive component production for demanding sectors such as aviation and defense. Previously, Michel held leadership positions at Field Controls LLC, Rain Bird Corporation, and Stalcop LLC, where responsibilities included driving operational excellence, managing P&L, and leading new business development initiatives. Early career roles at Duo-Fast Corp and Bic Corporation involved engineering and manufacturing management, where significant cost reductions and process improvements were achieved. Michel holds an MBA with honors from the University of Indianapolis and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
