Laura J.

Laura J. is currently a Working Student in HR Development at Exxeta, responsible for managing specialized and leadership training, coordinating internal training, annual training planning, onboarding/offboarding processes, research tasks, and a mentoring program. Laura has completed two school internships at Andreas-Schneider-Schule as part of master's studies at the University of Mannheim, assisting with lesson preparation and implementation in business and English subjects. Previous experience includes an internship in Human Resources at Otto (GmbH & Co KG), focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and workshop design, along with a recruiting internship at Bechtle, where applicant management and HR communication were key activities. In addition, Laura served as a Consulting Intern for The Hon Greg Hunt MP in Australia. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Economic and Business Education at the University of Mannheim, Laura also studied at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona for further qualifications and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economic and Business Education from the University of Mannheim.
