Xiao Jia

Xiao (Isabel) Jia is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management and analysis. Currently serving as a General Accountant at Materia Inc., an ExxonMobil subsidiary since April 2015, major contributions include managing the fixed asset schedule, streamlining Accounts Receivable processes, and reducing monthly closing time significantly. Prior to this role, Xiao worked as a Financial Accounting Analyst at Oliden Technology, where improvements in SAP implementation and month-end close processes were key achievements.
