Jeeten Masrani

Jeeten Masrani is an experienced recruiting leader with a strong background in talent acquisition across major technology companies. Currently serving as the Recruiting Leader for India and ASEAN countries at ExxonMobil since May 2025, Jeeten previously held a pivotal recruiting leadership position at Salesforce from February 2018 to May 2025, contributing significantly to the company's growth in India and playing a key role in multiple strategic acquisitions. Prior to Salesforce, Jeeten worked with Amazon as a Senior Recruiter from January 2014 to February 2018, where responsibilities included leading recruitment efforts for various tech and business teams. Earlier career experience includes serving as the Lead Technical Recruiter at Yahoo! from October 2010 to December 2013, focusing on core engineering roles, and as a Recruiter at Flipkart.com, where Jeeten was instrumental in expanding the core engineering team.
