Katelyn Lucas

Katelyn Lucas, P.E. currently serves as the New Mexico Environmental and Regulatory Manager at ExxonMobil since September 2024. Prior to this role, Katelyn held several positions at ExxonMobil, including Environmental Engineering Supervisor, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of engineers focused on air emissions control, wastewater, and water treatment, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Katelyn also worked as a Multimedia Environmental Supervisor, managing permitting and compliance for waste at the Baton Rouge Refinery and Chemical Plant. Previous experiences include roles at Hazen and Sawyer as an Environmental Engineering Co-op, conducting field surveys and permitting for storm-water management projects, as well as an internship at R & W Engineers. Katelyn holds both a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Chemical and Environmental Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
