Madhur Girdhar

Madhur Girdhar is an experienced professional currently serving as a Scrum Master and Team Lead for the Wells Analytics Team at ExxonMobil since August 2020, where responsibilities include managing the Wells Analytics MSP Team. Madhur has previously worked as a Performance Analyst during a secondment at QatarEnergy LNG and as a Data Engineer focused on providing business solutions in the Wells discipline. Additionally, Madhur has a diverse background in team management and talent acquisition with roles in organizations such as PU Pulse and IPI Chandigarh Student Chapter. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Panjab University, completed in 2020.
