Mandy Norwood

Mandy Norwood is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and technology law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel for Product Solutions and Technology & IP at ExxonMobil since January 2014, Mandy has previously held the position of General Counsel at Cyclyx from July 2022 to August 2024. Prior experience includes working as an Intellectual Property Attorney at Carstens & Cahoon, LLP from September 2008 to December 2013 and as a Law Clerk at Naman, Howell, Smith & Lee in 2007. Mandy holds a Juris Doctor degree from Baylor University School of Law (2005-2008) and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Texas A&M University (2001-2005).
