Monica Mainland

Monica Mainland is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Director of Operations Systems & Improvement at ExxonMobil since July 2021. Previous roles at ExxonMobil include Asia Pacific Manufacturing Director and Asia-Pacific Chemical Regional Director, along with multiple managerial positions in refinery operations and planning from 2007 to 2021. Prior to joining ExxonMobil, Monica spent over a decade at Imperial Oil, where roles included Business Analysis & Reporting Manager for Downstream & Chemicals and Division Leader. Monica holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University, completed in 1996.
