Niteen Odedra

Niteen Odedra, MBA, P.Eng., currently serves as a Development Planner for Low Carbon Solutions at ExxonMobil since April 2023, after holding the same position at Imperial Oil since May 2020. Niteen's extensive experience at Imperial Oil includes roles as Joint Interest Asset Manager, Project Engineer, and Subsurface/Production Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed asset management, project management, negotiation of service contracts, and leading well design initiatives. Prior experience at ExxonMobil as a Subsurface Project Engineer involved improving oil well productivity and pioneering novel technologies, while earlier positions included Subsurface Engineering Associate, where Niteen optimized wellbore costs significantly. Niteen holds an MBA in Finance from the Haskayne School of Business and a BASc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
