Shawn Flanders

Shawn Flanders has extensive experience in various engineering and sales roles, currently serving at ExxonMobil since July 2013 in positions such as Sales, Supply Planning Supervisor, Global Business Planner, Manufacturing Coordinator, and Design Engineer. Concurrently, Shawn has worked at Stevens Institute of Technology since August 2009 as a Resident Assistant and researcher, focusing on innovative energy solutions and biotechnology. Previous roles include a co-op position at Colgate Palmolive in global supply chain and pilot technology, as well as experiences at Infineum, Avon, and International Flavors & Fragrances Inc, contributing to research and development initiatives. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management, both from Stevens Institute of Technology.
