Summary
Exygy partners with social impact organizations to design and build technology that improves lives. As a B-Corp and a small business, we constantly seek opportunities to create digital products to radically improve people's access to social services. As an Account Manager on our consulting business line, you will be responsible for delighting our existing clients, sourcing new opportunities, ensuring they have a wonderful experience working with Exygy, and turning them into active promoters. You will work closely with the Growth and Delivery teams to provide support at an account level and ensure our teams can do their best work, provide world-class services to our mission-driven clients, and center client and team happiness as key ingredients for our business success.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of client management experience and is passionate about unlocking new opportunities, building and nurturing relationships, and can navigate various client interactions. We are looking for someone with a sales background, familiar with agency business models, and a deep understanding of digital products, social impact, and cross-functional team collaboration. Bonus points for an entrepreneurial spirit, lived experience, and clear mission-aligned volunteer and community-driven experience.
