Ashok Kumar

Ashok Kumar has extensive work experience in the field of BIM (Building Information Modeling). Ashok started their career in 2006 as a Project Planner cum CAD Engineer at Cadskills Pte Ltd, where they worked until 2009. Ashok then joined Imaginit Technologies (s) Pte Ltd as a BIM Consultant, a role they held until 2013.

In 2013, Ashok joined WSP as a BIM Manager for the ERL E1006 Project and continued in this role until 2017. Ashok then moved to Sanyo Engineering & Construction Inc as a BIM | VDC Manager from 2017 to 2018.

Ashok's next position was at Sepam, where they served as a BIM | VDC Manager for a brief period in 2018. Ashok then moved to Exyte, where they initially worked as a BIM Manager before transitioning to the role of Design Manager, 5D | DTI Lead (Micron 5D-DTI Project) in January 2022.

Throughout their career, Ashok has gained valuable skills and experience in BIM management, design, and project coordination.

Ashok Kumar completed their Virtual Design and Construction degree at Stanford University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Engineering degree in Technology Management at the University of South Australia from 2006 to 2008. Ashok also holds certifications such as PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from NTUC LearningHub, IoT - Maximo Asset Management from IBM, and Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit® MEP Electrical and Mechanical from Autodesk.
