Lena Lee

Lena Lee has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Lena started their career at Swarovski in 1998, where they served as the Regional Human Resources and Compensation and Benefits Manager until 2006. From 2006 to 2013, Lena Lee worked at Transocean Eastern Pte Ltd as a Total Rewards Manager. In 2013, they joined Lend Lease as the Head of Compensation and Benefits, Asia. Lena Lee then transitioned to Exyte in 2016, where they held various roles including Human Resources Director, Asia Pacific and later Human Resources Director for the Global Business Unit Advanced Technologies Facilities. Currently, Lena Lee serves as the Vice President Human Resources for the Global Business Unit Advanced Technology Facilities at Exyte.

Lena Lee obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Management from the University of London, where they studied from 1998 to 2000.
