Naama Ben Tzour

Naama Ben Tzour has had a diverse range of work experiences in the HR field. Naama began their career as a Recruitment Coordinator at Hicapital LTD in 2005 before moving on to work as an HR Recruiter at Ness Technologies | נס טכנולוגיות from 2007 to 2011. Naama then joined Siemens as an HR Consultant from 2011 to 2013. After that, they worked as an HR Manager at Paltechnica in 2013 and as a Human Resources Director at Exyte from 2015 onwards. At Exyte, they played a key role in various aspects of design, engineering, and construction projects for high-tech facilities.

Naama Ben Tzour completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in the years 2004-2007. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Ono Academic College during the years 2011-2013.
