Taib Shabbir

Taib Shabbir has a diverse work experience in the engineering and construction field. Taib is currently working at Exyte as a Lead Decarbonization Engineer, where they assist clients in achieving their decarbonization goals through innovative engineering. Taib is involved in various tasks such as sustainability parameter data collection, energy modeling, and collaboration with industry stakeholders.

Prior to Exyte, Taib worked at DP Architects in multiple roles, starting as an Executive ESD Engineer in 2015 and progressing to Associate, Senior Associate, and finally Associate Director (ESD). Taib'sresponsibilities in this role included overseeing environmental sustainability design (ESD) projects.

Before joining DP Architects, Taib worked as a Senior ESD Project Engineer at G-Energy Global Pte Ltd from 2011 to 2014. Taib also gained experience as a Director at Al Hilal in 2010 and at G.K. & Sons as a Director from 2009 to 2011. Taib'swork at G.K. & Sons involved project management and successful collaboration with various external partners in a bungalow development project.

Taib Shabbir attended Taylor's College from 2003 to 2004, where they completed their GCE A Levels. Taib then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Warwick from 2004 to 2007. Subsequently, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Sustainable Energy Technologies from the University of Southampton from 2007 to 2009.
