Anurag Malik

Anurag Malik is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in human resources and consulting. Currently serving as a Partner at EY since July 2002, Anurag leads the People Consulting Business in India and oversees the “Organisation & People” Field of Play for the EMEIA region. Prior to EY, Anurag held the position of Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen & Co. and served as a Senior HR Executive at Asian Paints. Anurag's educational background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's Degree in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
