Billy K. Murray is the Senior Managing Director and Founder of BKM & Associates LLC, a financial services consulting firm dedicated to helping growing financial institutions navigate risks in a dynamic regulatory landscape. In March 2025, Murray became an Advisor in Residence at EY within the Financial Services practice. With over 40 years of experience in the financial industry, Murray has held senior executive positions at two global banks, focusing on Strategic Business and Enterprise Risk Management. For the last 17 years, their expertise has concentrated on leading Enterprise Risk Management transformation efforts, addressing various risk domains, including credit, operational, and reputational risk. Murray earned a BBA in Accounting from Angelo State University.
