Faisal Musmar

Faisal Musmar is a well-rounded legal professional with a diverse background in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Associate Independence Consultant at EY since December 2023, Faisal previously held the position of Associate Corporate Lawyer at Briddge Legal & Finance and worked as a Junior Company Lawyer at Intertrust Group, where responsibilities included conducting integrity risk assessments and contract reviews. Additional experience includes legal roles at Offerak, CarGenie, the University of Jordan as a Legal Researcher, and a legal campaigner position within Parliament. Faisal holds a Master's degree in Commercial and Company Law (LL.M) from Erasmus University Rotterdam and dual Bachelor's degrees in Law and Medicine from the University of Jordan.
