Gaurav Sharma

Gaurav Sharma is a seasoned professional in the fields of Performance Improvement and Advisory Services, currently serving as a Partner at EY since October 2016. Previously, Gaurav held the position of Executive Director at EY-India from October 2013 to June 2016, overseeing critical engagements related to Business Transformation, Cost Reduction, and Technology Strategy in the Telecom and Technology sectors. Prior to this, Gaurav served as an Associate Director at EY-India and was instrumental in delivering complex Performance Improvement programmes for major Telecom operators. Gaurav's career began at IBM, where significant contributions were made in transformation programmes and as the primary sales and Programme Delivery Director for a large-scale billing platform project. Gaurav holds an M.B.A. in Operations and an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science.
