Georgina Gates is a Partner in the People Advisory Services practice at EY, where since February 2016, Georgina has been working with state and federal government agencies on workforce reform and organizational transformation. With 20 years of experience in the government and Human Services sectors, Georgina supports Victorian and Australian Government Human Services agencies. Prior roles include Director of Workforce Advisory at EY and various positions at KPMG LLP (UK), where Georgina served as Senior Manager in People Advisory Services and Management Consultant in People and Change, focusing on change management and talent management consulting for public sector clients. Earlier experience includes a Manager role at KPMG's Global HR Transformation Centre and a position as Senior Policy Officer with the Victorian Government's Department of Infrastructure. Georgina holds a Graduate Diploma in Public Policy and Management from Monash University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Management from the University of Melbourne.
