Gwen Spencer

Gwen Spencer is an experienced professional with a robust background in corporate leadership and client relations. Currently serving as Associate Director in the Office of the Global Chair & CEO at EY since April 2007, Gwen previously held the role of Vice President and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Prudential Financial from January 1996 to September 2006. Earlier in career, Gwen was the Director of Client Relations at Comvestrix Corporation from March 1986 to July 1995. Educational qualifications include a Master of Fine Arts in Theatre from the University of Michigan and an A.B. in Government and Theatre from Smith College.
