Jennifer Cole

Jennifer Cole serves as the Global Head of Strategic Communications in the Office of the Chair and CEO at EY, following a role as Director of Communications for EY Americas Financial Services Organization. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Transformation Communications Leader in Assurance at EY. Prior experience includes managing director and vice president roles in corporate communications at HL Group, as well as serving as press secretary for the New York City Department of Buildings. Jennifer began their career as an assistant account executive and later became vice president at Linden Alschuler & Kaplan Public Relations. Jennifer earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Media Studies from the University at Buffalo and has further education from the Yale School of Management.
