Joel Alden

Joel Alden is a Partner in EY Canada’s Strategy and Transactions practice, bringing over 20 years of consulting experience. They have advised global clients on performance transformation, cost reduction, and organizational design, and have been featured in various media outlets such as CNBC and The Wall Street Journal. Prior to their current role at EY, Joel held positions at Accenture and A.T. Kearney, leading consulting efforts in retail and consumer goods. They also served as an engineering leader at Magna International and worked as a Business Consultant at Indigo Books and Music. Joel holds both an MBA and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University and is currently a board member at the GenWell Foundation.
