Kenza Del is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and transaction services, currently serving as a Manager at EY since September 2018. This role involves conducting targeted interviews, performing meticulous financial analyses, and managing cross-functional teams on international projects, particularly in due diligence processes for mid to large-cap M&A transactions across various sectors. Additionally, Kenza has held the position of Senior Financial Auditor, focusing on legal audits, internal control reviews, data analytics, and IT audit initiatives, ensuring compliance with IFRS and French GAAP standards.
