Samantha McGanney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and operations management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience, Global and Head of US Operations at Fathom since August 2017, McGanney manages sales and customer success for small-to-medium business clients in North America, leading a team to enhance customer engagement and process optimization. Previous roles include Customer Engagement Manager and Customer Success Specialist at Washington University in St. Louis, as well as data analysis and research internships in emergency medical services and neuroscience. McGanney holds a Bachelor’s of Arts with College Honors in Philosophy, Neuroscience, Psychology, and Healthcare Management from Washington University in St. Louis.
