Murali Rao

Murali Rao is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Partner and Cybersecurity Consulting Leader at EY since February 2019, Murali holds P&L ownership and drives strategic initiatives in cybersecurity consulting. Previously, Murali spent over a decade at Wipro Limited from May 2008 to January 2019, where roles included Global Head & General Manager of Cyber Security & Resilience Consulting and General Manager & Global Head of Consulting, SI & Alliances for Cyber Security & Risk Management. Murali's tenure at Wipro also featured leadership in various capacities related to security solutions across multiple regions, including the UK, EU, and Africa, with a focus on technology enablement and business development. Murali holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from RV College Of Engineering, having graduated in 1993.
