Pedram Berjis

Pedram Berjis is a seasoned professional in the real estate and financial sectors, currently serving as a Senior Associate in Strategy and Transactions for Real Estate at EY since October 2024. Prior to this role, Pedram held the position of Senior Advisor in Development at Infrastructure Ontario from February 2023 to September 2024 and co-founded Impact Real Estate Inc. (formerly Panoptic Asset Management), a boutique real estate development advisory and brokerage firm, where leadership was demonstrated from February 2018 to February 2023. Experience also includes working as an Underwriting Associate at Comerica Bank, where Pedram established relationships with technology and life science companies, and as an Analyst at JF and Partners Advisory Services Inc., engaging with First Nations Communities on socioeconomic impacts of mining projects. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
