Pooja Bhandari

Pooja Bhandari is a seasoned professional in the field of human resources and people advisory services, currently serving as a Partner in People Advisory Services at EY since August 2009. Pooja has a robust background, having progressed from Manager to Director at EY, where strategic leadership in human capital practices has been emphasized. Before joining EY, Pooja held the role of Global HR Manager at the United States Pharmacopeia, driving the development and implementation of global HR programs, with a focus on sites in India, China, and Brazil. Earlier experience includes positions at Ernst & Young, where Pooja was responsible for leading the Human Capital practice in the Andhra Pradesh region and managing consulting assignments for various organizations. Pooja holds a Master's degree in International Business from GITAM Deemed University and has education from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade.
