Sarah Fanchon Cohen is a Senior Consultant in People Advisory Services at EY since April 2022. Previously, Sarah served as a DEI Facilitator at Collective – A DEI Lab and as a Coach and Content Writer at Story2, where coaching focused on writing for admissions, interviews, and professional communication. Additional experience includes being an Adjunct Professor of Special Education at National Louis University, where Sarah taught courses for graduate students, and participating as a Leadership for Educational Equity Public Policy Fellow at Los Angeles Unified School District. Sarah’s work also includes a Kathryn Davis Fellowship for Peace at Middlebury Language Schools, an Artist-in-Residence at Santa Fe Art Institute, and creating and producing "Mi Voz, Nuestra Historia" through U.S. Alumni Thematic International Exchange Seminars. From 2016 to 2018, Sarah focused on teacher coaching as a Network Instructional Coach with AUSL. Sarah holds a BA in Urban Studies and Spanish from Washington University in St. Louis and an MS in Education with a specialization in Special Education from Hunter College.
