Manny Bernabe, Jr. has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Manny is currently the Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Board Secretary at Eye Care Leaders. Previously, they owned their own law firm, the Law Offices of EG Bernabe, Jr.

Before that, Manny served as the CEO of Continuum Health Systems, where they led efforts to restructure a regional skilled nursing operator and convert skilled nursing beds to sub-acute care. Manny also served as the CEO of C-Solar Energy, LLC, pioneering the use of solar energy installations for regional skilled nursing operators.

Manny was a Co-Founder and Director at Synergy Medical Management Systems, Inc., where they coordinated a post-acute vendor network and designed a transition of care program using algorithms and remote monitoring technology.

Earlier in their career, Manny worked as the In-House General Counsel at Pleasant Care Corporation, where they created a system-wide Healthcare Compliance Program and implemented a self-insurance and risk management program.

Following that, they attended Southwestern Law School from 1994 to 1997, where they earned their Doctor of Law (JD) degree with a specialization in Business Administration and Management. Furthermore, in December 1997, they obtained the certification of a Licensed California Attorney from the State Bar of California.
