Fache Brad Reeder

Brad Reeder has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Brad currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Eye Consultants of Atlanta, where they oversee business strategies, policies, and operational procedures. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Physician Practice Operations at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, where they facilitated collaborative work across multiple campuses and implemented strategies to improve access for pediatric cancer patients. Brad also has a strong background in the military, having held leadership positions in the US Army Medical Department, including Vice President of Operations at Eisenhower Army Medical Center. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in managing budgets, recruitment, and process improvement projects.

Brad Reeder, FACHE has a strong educational background in business administration, healthcare administration, and biology. Brad obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business in 2020. Additionally, in the same year, they completed their Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) from the same institution, further specializing in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.

Before pursuing their graduate studies, Brad earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology, General from Brigham Young University in 2012.

In terms of certifications, Brad obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification from the International Six Sigma Institute™ in April 2019.
