Gloria Esch has extensive experience in various healthcare roles, including working as a Billing Specialist, Reimbursement Specialist, and Finance Team Leader. Currently, as an RCM Data Integrity and special projects at Eye Health America, Gloria leads a team analyzing patient charts to identify credit balances and return overpayments. With a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology and a minor in Biology from Michigan Technological University, Gloria also works as a consultant assisting providers with Medical Billing, Bookkeeping, and Medical Insurance Receivable Collections.
