Aaron Mason

Aaron Mason is a highly experienced professional in the fields of strategic advising, production, and design, with over two decades of expertise in the entertainment and marketing industries. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at Eye5 Mktg & Talent, Inc. since May 2021, Aaron co-founded Mind The Gap, Inc. in August 2012, a prominent scenic fabrication shop in NYC. Previous roles include CEO and Co-Founder of N/A Collective from January 2014 to December 2020, and CEO and Founder of Technical Producing Group from January 2011 to December 2018, both contributing to successful experiential activations and production services. Aaron's early career involved significant contributions at number nine design & production and AJMLD, where a solid foundation in lighting design was established, leading to over 100 successful projects in live theater. Aaron holds a BFA in Lighting Design from Carnegie Mellon University.
