Alan Deans

Alan Deans is a Technical Analyst - Tier II at EyeCare Partners since June 2022, managing escalations and providing IT support for optometry and ophthalmology offices while ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards. With a background in the Army National Guard as an 11 B Infantry member, Alan has expertise in surveillance systems and combat operations. Previous roles include Technical Support Specialist at DCRS SOLUTIONS, Private Security Contractor at GardaWorld Federal Services, E-commerce Manager at Fred Meyer, and Corrections Officer at the Florida Department of Corrections. Alan is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security and Information Assurance at Western Governors University.
