Russell Collins

Russell Collins, COT, currently serves as the Practice Administrator at EyeCare Partners, a position held since January 2022. Additionally, Russell has been an Adjunct Instructor at Miami Valley Career Technology Center since September 2012 and has held various roles, including Technician Training Coordinator, Practice Administrator, and Clinic Supervisor at CVP since March 2001. Russell earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law between 1989 and 1991 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Theology/Theological Studies from Kentucky Christian University from 1982 to 1987.
