Cole Hladik has been working in the field since 2013. Cole began their career as a Physical Therapist Technician at Physical Therapy Central, where they maintained knowledge of exercise performance and body mechanics, performed reception duties, and maintained infection control of treatment rooms. In 2016, they began working as a Peer Teaching Assistant at University College, where they tutored students in Introductory Biology, informed the instructor about topics misunderstood by the students, and developed consistent relationships with students. In 2019, they became a Laboratory Technician at Cain Food Industries, where they performed quality assurance tests, ensured test results met company standards, and assisted in creating new testing procedures. In 2020, they began working as a Research Technician at EyeCRO and as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Texas Woman's University, where they provided reliable contact between the students of an Introductory Biology course and the instructor, assisted the professor with classroom instruction, exams, record keeping, and other miscellaneous projects. Cole is currently a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
Cole Hladik is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Biomedical Sciences, General from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Prior to this, they obtained a Master's degree in Biotechnology from Texas Woman's University in 2021. Cole also holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from the University of Oklahoma, which they earned in 2019.
