Hailey Shaffer

Hailey Shaffer, O.D., is an experienced optometrist currently practicing at Eyeglass World and Monticello Eye Center, with a focus on comprehensive eye exams, contact lens specialty care, and the management of various ocular conditions. Hailey has a rich background in ocular care, having completed internships at LASIK Pro, Indianapolis Eye Care Center, and North Suburban Vision Consultants, where hands-on experience in advanced ocular care and specialty contact lens fitting was gained. Prior roles included positions as an optometry technician at Monticello Eye Center and an optician, alongside experience as a medical receptionist at Dr. Tavel Optical Group. Hailey earned a Doctor of Optometry degree from Indiana University Bloomington and holds bachelor's degrees in Chemistry and Biology/Chemistry from the University of Indianapolis and Queen's University Belfast, respectively.
