Bob Rogers has over 40 years of work experience in various industries and roles. Bob started their career in the US Army, serving as an Infantry Officer in multiple command and staff roles. After their time in the military, Bob worked at Uncle Ben's, Inc. where they held several management positions, including Program Manager, Packaging Manager, Shift Manager, HR Manager, and Copacker Supervisor. Bob then moved on to other companies such as American Pad & Paper, LSG Sky Chefs, Chef Solutions, and Thomas Group, where they held positions of increasing responsibility and leadership. At Amazon.com, Bob served as a Senior Change Manager and later as the Site Leader for a fulfillment center. In their most recent role at Eyemart Express, Bob held the positions of SVP of Lab Operations and VP of Supply Chain, where they were responsible for improving operational efficiency and procurement processes. Throughout their career, Bob has demonstrated a strong ability to lead and turn around operations, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and achieve significant results in terms of cost savings and improved service.

Bob Rogers holds a BS degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, which they obtained between 1974 and 1978. Bob also holds an MBA degree in Business from Vanderbilt University, which they pursued from 1986 to 1988.
