Manish Kumar has a diverse work experience in various technology roles. Manish started their career as an Android App developer at AcadGild in 2015. Manish then had a summer internship at Tata Steel before joining Birla Institute of Technology as a Project Researcher. At Birla Institute of Technology, they worked on designing a customized virtual keyboard using image enhancement and OCR techniques. In 2016, Manish joined Works Applications Co., Ltd. as a Software Developer, where they worked on full-stack app development for the Communication Tools Team. Manish contributed to the development and improvement of chat features for the company's AI integrated cloud-based ERP system, High Usability Enterprise (HUE). Since 2019, Manish has been working at Eyeota as a Full-stack Developer and later promoted to the role of Staff Software Engineer.

Manish Kumar completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Software Engineering from BIT MESRA from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they studied at D.A.V Public School in Gandhi Nagar, Ranchi from 2000 to 2012, where they obtained their AISSCE degree with a specialization in PCMC and achieved a score of 86%. In addition to their formal education, Manish also holds several certifications. In December 2015, they completed the "Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python)" course from Coursera. Manish obtained several certifications from Aspiring Minds in August 2015, including "AMCAT Certified Data Processing Specialist," "AMCAT Certified Software Engineer - IT Services," and "AMCAT Certified Software Engineer - Product." Manish also completed a summer training program called "Prashikshan" at Tata Steel in May 2015. Furthermore, they have completed the "Algorithms: Design and Analysis, Part 1" course from Coursera in January 2015 and the "Android Development for Beginners" course from Udacity in September 2014.
