Yan Zou

Yan Zou currently serves as the Director of Program and Alliance Management at EyePoint Pharmaceuticals, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this, Yan held the role of Director of Program Management at Frontera Therapeutics from February 2021 to June 2023, overseeing research pipeline programs and leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Yan's experience includes significant contributions as Associate Director at Sanofi, where leadership of integrated joint project teams and management of high-stakes alliances were key responsibilities. Earlier roles included managerial and scientific positions at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals and Merck & Co., focusing on CMC collaborations and drug metabolism. Yan holds a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from the University of California, Riverside, and both an M.S. and B.S. in Physical Chemistry and Chemistry, respectively, from Fudan University.
