Hauke Pane is an experienced maritime professional with a robust background in ship management, chartering, and sales & purchase. Since co-founding RHL Reederei Hamburger Lloyd GmbH & CO KG in 2007, Hauke Pane has served as Managing Director and CEO, applying decades of expertise in the industry. Additionally, Hauke Pane is an Ambassador for Eyesea, a nonprofit organization dedicated to mapping global pollution and maritime hazards. Past experience includes serving as Managing Director at MPC Capital AG, where responsibilities encompassed ship management and investor relations, and as Manager of Chartering and Sales & Purchase at Hamburg Süd. Hauke Pane's career began with a cadetship in ship mechanics at C.F. Ahrenkiel GmbH & Co KG, complemented by seagoing experience as a ship's officer.
