Jovana Šikanja

Jovana Šikanja has a diverse work experience, having held roles in the fields of human resources, psychology, and research. Jovana began their career in 2010 as a Clinical Psychology Intern at Dom Zdravlja "Dr Ristić". Jovana then worked as a Clinical Psychology Intern at Institut za mentalno zdravlje Palmotićeva in 2011. From 2013 to 2018, they held various roles, including Human Resources Assistant at ManpowerGroup, School Psychologist at Experimental Elementary School "Vladislav Ribnikar", Research Consultant at GfK, Senior Research Consultant at Smart Plus Research, and Insights Manager and Senior Insights Manager at EyeSee.

Jovana Šikanja attended the University of Belgrade from 2005 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Psychology degree in Psychology. Prior to this, they attended Treća beogradska gimnazija from 2001 to 2005.
