Jovana Vukonic

Jovana Vukonic began their career in 2011 as a Junior Expert on Quality Management Development for Support for Quality Assurance within the National Primary and Secondary Education Examination System. In this role, they identified and described processes, adjusted and integrated existing documentation, coordinated meetings with departments, supported the establishment of a new electronic system for archiving of documentation, participated in internal audits, and reported outcomes. Additionally, they identified and described processes in education systems, supported the expert team strengthening the implementation of the projects activities, communicated effectively with project partners, and organized and coordinated events.

In 2014, Jovana Vukonic joined EyeSee as an HR Manager and Marketing Assistant. In their role as Marketing Assistant, they worked with EyeSee, a cutting edge market research company that maximizes the effect of marketing communications by online eye tracking and facial coding. Jovana was responsible for developing an innovative, online, webcam-based eye tracking platform to track people’s eyes with their laptop and webcam at home.

Jovana Vukonic obtained their Master's Degree in Quality Management from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences at Belgrade University between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their BS in Quality Control from the same institution between 2005 and 2010.
