Novak Marinkovic

Novak Marinkovic has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Novak began their career as a Service Analyst at NCR Corporation in 2013, and then moved to Komex d.o.o. as a Sales and Marketing Assistant the same year. In 2015, they joined EyeSee as the Head of R&D, and later assumed the roles of Innovation Director and Innovation Manager, where they were responsible for creating, evaluating and managing innovation processes and products, facilitating member working groups, stimulating innovative ideas and testing of new approaches, and building out innovation capabilities. Novak also served as the Sales Development Manager at EyeSee.

Novak Marinkovic received two Bachelor's degrees, one from Faculty of Economics, Belgrade Universty in Trade Management and Marketing and one from University of Belgrade in Trade Marketing and Management, between 2006 and 2013. In 2019, they obtained an Innovation Academy certification from ICT Hub. In 2021, they obtained a Certified Agile and Scrum Master certification from Agile Humans. Novak is currently pursuing a User Experience and User Interface Certificate from SAE Institute, which they are expected to obtain in April 2022. Novak also holds a Yellow Belt Certification (Six Sigma).
