Jackson Poe

Jackson Poe joined EyeSouth Partners in January 2018 as one of the first 10 employees and currently leads operations for many regions as a Division President.

Starting on the business development team, Jackson helped EyeSouth gain critical momentum by leading the affiliation process for many of the first 15 practices to join EyeSouth. Following his passion for supporting the practice’s doctor and operational leadership, Jackson pivoted to a field CFO role. In this role, he helped the two Division Presidents of EyeSouth scale and regionalize operational infrastructure, manage financial decision-making, and execute practice and market organic growth strategies. From there, Jackson was promoted to lead strategic finance function encompassing financial operations, business intelligence, FP&A, doctor compensation & contracting, and related functions.
