James Cox

James Cox has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. James started their career as a Franchisee at Dollond & Aitchison in 2000. James then worked as a Practice Manager at Boots Opticians, where they were responsible for P&L at two stores and delivered training to teams. James later became an Area Opticians Manager at Boots Opticians, overseeing 22 stores and implementing company policies.

In 2015, James became self-employed and worked as a Locum Dispensing Optician, providing support and training in various optical roles. James also served as a Regional Manager at Optical Express, leading the South West Area and focusing on meeting targets and training and developing teams.
